Disposition

Arranged in the outbuildings of an old farmhouse built in the XIXth century, extended towards the middle of the XXth century and renovated between 1994 and 1997 respecting traditional rural architecture. The Gite is a continuation of the original building and has its own separate entrance.

Ground floor

A spacious living room with high ceilings designed in the old hayloft with a lounge and television area, video, wood burning stove, mezzanine with play and reading area, dining room and an American style kitchen with breakfast bar, electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, percolator, etc…

The sleeping quarters

Situated above the garage are comprised of : three bedrooms, (2 beds of 90cm, 1 bed of 90cm, 1double bed of 160cm and a cot), a bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin, washing machine and a separate toilet. Central heating.

Underneath, the old stables have been conserved and offer a play area for when the weather is not so clement as well as a place to keep bicycles, the garden furniture, barbecues etc.. There is also a bar and a fridge freezer.

Outside

Guests dispose of a carport, private patio with a picnic table and swings.

Ecology

The Gite possesses a dual water system : mains water and rain water for the toilets, washing machine, washing the car and watering the garden. The drain water and sewage are treated by a private micro sewage works system.
